The Develop and Elevate 2023 conference in Ghana aims to promote innovative thinking through collaborations among students, teachers, academic institutions and industry within the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics sector. Delegates will have the opportunity to interact with day-to-day STEM simulations and artefacts while engaging with industry experts to increase awareness of STEM careers available to them by providing resources to support with career paths.
The Regional Education Directorate has approved the proposed partnership with Develop and Elevate. We are happy and ready to welcome your support in promoting STEM education in the Region.
Our STEM Unit is one of the most vibrant departments and have over the years done a lot in promoting STEM education from the basic to senior high schools. This collaboration in aid of raising awareness in STEM, innovation and human capital development is in alignment with our core responsibilities.

She specializes in delivering educational and career development support for the advancement of students and young professionals while partnering with organisations to make this a reality. With over 10 years’ experience, she is a strong advocate of promoting the development of young adults by sharing her experiences in industry while mentoring them. She is also a Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics ( STEM ) ambassador and a seasoned senior project management professional within the engineering and technology sector.

Easimus is a co-founder of Develop & Elevate with a unique background in drama facilitation, coaching, designing, and delivering exceptional learning experiences. Her engaging training delivery style and dedication to empowering individuals through learning and skills development have positively impacted leaders, organizations, and students across various sectors.
